Fees & Travel

Fee for the tour includes thirteen nights lodging (see below), transportation to and between tour locations and return to Warsaw, and most meals.  3500 euro (1000 euro deposit to secure spot).
The fee does not include round-trip airfare to Poland. Please contact us  should you need assistance in planning your travel to and from Poland.
Fees can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. Please contact us for wire transfer details.

Travel Recommendations
Participants are requested to fly into Warsaw (WAW) Chopin International Airport prior to noon on Friday 03 June.
Departure: Please arrange your departure any time after noon on Thursday 16 June, preferably from Warsaw.
If you plan to arrive before Friday 03 June or leave after 16 June, we recommend you make your additional hotel arrangements at the Hotel Polonia Palace, downtown Warsaw, or at the Courtyard/Marriott near the airport.
Visas: Please ensure that all visa requirements are met when traveling to Poland. The list of countries that DO NOT require a visa to visit Poland for less than 90 days can be found here.

Lodging (included in the tour fee):
Friday-Monday: Hotel Wieniawski – Lublin (4 nights)
Tuesday-Friday: Hotel Zaborek – Janow Podlaski (4 nights)
Saturday: Polonia Palace – Warsaw (1 night)
Sunday-Wednesday: Hotel Nad Stara Nida – Pinczow (4 nights)
